GCP 5000 Series is a superior two component, VOC, Urethane/Acrylic Hybrid coating system. It is designed to provide excellent color and gloss retention, chemical and UV resistance, quicker dry times while maintaining a longer pot life. GCP 5000 has excellent adhesion and durability over a variety of substrates such as polycarbonate, ABS, Kydex & aluminum. When used as a complete system, primer, base coat and topcoat, GCP 5000 provides an easy to maintain, high performance system that will last over years.

All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned and degreased, and free of mold and all other impurities.
Mixing Ratio (by weight):
100 parts SO 575 Reducer / 10 parts G Series Activator/100 parts of GCP-5000 base.

Spray viscosity is 30-35seconds #2 EZ Zahn cup. Spray with conventional or HVLP spray gun to achieve 1.2-1.5 mils DFT.
