Product Warranties
For a Warranty to be issued, a Project Evaluation Form and Application for Limited Warranty must be filled out completely by the applicator and then returned by fax within 5 days of job completion.

Upon receipt of these forms, a Genesis Coatings representative will review the documents and issue a warranty when applicable. It is important that you complete these forms accurately and completely, as any missing or incorrect information will only delay the issuance of the warranty.
** All information requested in the Application for Limited Warranty is material and is relied upon by Genesis Coatings in issuing any Limited Warranty. Any misrepresentation, fraudulent statements, or inaccurate information in the Application
for Limited Warranty is grounds for voiding the Warranty.
